Entry Forms for Moray Music Festival 2012

                                           Guidance on entry to Moray Music Festival


1. Please read the Syllabus carefully, particularly pages 4-8 which include the Child Protection Policy
    and the Rules and Conditions.

2. Please make sure that you have chosen the correct class(es).

3. Please read the Entry Form carefully before filling it in, ensuring that you sign where requested.
    All entries, must be with the Syllabus Secretary by Friday 25 November 2011, along with correct fee(s).

4. Details of Own Choice pieces, which you will record on the Own Choice Form, should be sent to the
    Music Secretary by Friday 27th January 2012.  
    In the case of Own Choice pieces chosen from a set book (e.g. Piano classes, Recorder ensembles),
    copies of chosen test pieces do not require to be sent.

5. Copies of music, as appropriate to Own Choice selections, should be clearly marked with class number   
    and entrant’s name and sent to the Music Secretary, no later than Friday 27th January 2012 for
    Accompanists  and Friday 17th February 2012 for Adjudicators.
